Message	his actuator screw was not tight and so the waste gate was not working at all it was always open. no matter the spring rate? also check how your boost controller is hooked up. First off does it run better on the streets, and it is just doing this now? Do a compression test, a leakdown test, a pressure test, check gap on plugs, with that much power we gap the supra's at 28. make sure all vaccum hoses are hooked up, boost controller hoses to the wastegates? fuel pump, fuel filter? I am sure you have checked all this I am just giving you a list of ideas to check? good luck, Danny RIP
